the only one i know about is, if you register at JC Penny they will give you a really nice wedding planner!

What I did is get a big three ring binder and google search 'wedding planning worksheets' and checklists. I printed them out and punched holes and put them in the binder after making my own tabs and everything. This way, I have a personalized organizer without extra stuff that I don't want or need, but plenty of room to hold everything that I do want and need!
